When you reach out, you are often sharing something personal. This page explains, in plain language, what happens with the information you share.
The only information collected through this website is what you choose to send through the contact form or by email or phone. That usually means your name, your email address, your phone number if you provide it, the subject you are reaching out about and whatever you write in your message.
You are never required to share more than you are comfortable sharing.
Your information is used for one purpose: to respond to you and, if you choose to move forward, to arrange and provide the services you have asked about.
Your information is never sold, rented or traded. It is not used for advertising and it is not shared with marketing companies.
Conversations about grief, loss, illness, family and faith are treated as private and are held with care.
Information is not shared with anyone else unless you ask for it to be shared, or unless disclosure is required by law or is necessary to prevent serious harm to you or another person.
Please note that grief counseling and spiritual care are not licensed clinical mental-health treatment, and communication by email or web form is not a secure or confidential channel in the technical sense. For anything highly sensitive, a phone conversation is a better choice.
This website does not use advertising cookies and does not track you across other websites. Basic technical information, such as the pages requested, may be recorded by the hosting provider to keep the site running securely and reliably.
Messages are kept in ordinary email and personal records, protected by passwords and device security, and retained only as long as needed to provide services and meet any recordkeeping obligations related to ceremonies or licensing paperwork.
Everyday tools such as email and website hosting are used to operate this practice. Those providers may process your information solely in the course of delivering their service. When a ceremony requires it, limited details may be shared with a venue, funeral home, cemetery or licensing office — and only what is necessary.
You may ask at any time what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. You may also ask that no further contact be made. Requests are honored promptly.
This website is intended for adults. Information is not knowingly collected from children. When services involve a child or family, arrangements are made with a parent or guardian.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page.
